4. Video Access Purchases

4.1 Video Access

The Site allows users to make one-time purchases to access specific Pilates videos (“Video Access Purchases”). By completing a Video Access Purchase, you gain access to view the Content for a limited period as specified at the time of purchase.

4.2 Access and Ownership

A Video Access Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. A Video Access Purchase does not confer ownership of the Content. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights or other rights in the Content beyond those expressly granted. We do not guarantee perpetual access to any Content. Access may be revoked at any time due to changes in licensing, business operations, or unforeseen technical issues.

4.3 Mobile App Access

The mobile applications allow you to view Content that you have purchased on the Site. You must use the same account credentials to access your purchases across the Site and mobile applications. Video Access Purchases cannot be made directly through the mobile applications.

4.4 No Resale or Redistribution

You agree not to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit the Content in any way other than as explicitly authorized under these Terms.

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Overview

If offered, subscription services (“Subscriptions”) would grant you access to a curated library of Content on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually). The details of such offerings, including pricing and billing cycles, will be provided at the time of subscription.

5.2 Subscription Terms
